77xc Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "77xc" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at the domain 77xc.bid, including all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and progressive web application versions thereof.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or utilises the 77xc Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered 77xc user account created by a Player in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held within a Player's 77xc wallet, including both real-money funds and qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, reload bonus credit, or cashback amount credited to a Player's account pursuant to a 77xc promotional offer.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the 77xc Platform is unlawful under applicable local legislation.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, involving submission of valid government-issued identity documentation including but not limited to a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to any statute or regulation include all amendments thereto.

By accessing the 77xc Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, or claiming any promotional offer — you confirm your unequivocal acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety. This constitutes a legally binding contract between you and 77xc.

You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this Agreement in full before accepting it, and that 77xc has provided this document in clear English as the operative language of the Platform. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience only; the English version governs in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

77xc reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 13 below. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease use of the Platform and request account closure if applicable.

In order to register and maintain an active 77xc Account, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently satisfied yourself as to the legality of such access.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the 77xc Platform or any associated platform operated under the same licensing framework.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler or self-excluded player on any national or international responsible gaming register that is applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are registering solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You are providing true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and undertake to update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

77xc reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and in response to any suspected breach of this Agreement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 77xc may result in account suspension and withholding of pending transactions pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered 77xc Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different identities, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein, subject to regulatory requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 77xc login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 77xc recommends enabling two-factor authentication via SMS OTP as an additional layer of account protection. Any activity conducted on the Platform through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 77xc of a security compromise in accordance with the support contact procedure.

You agree to notify 77xc immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. 77xc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions.

77xc processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the payment methods made available on the Platform at any given time, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, and UBL Bank transfer. 77xc reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 across all accepted payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same Account, or to a payment method that has been verified in accordance with 77xc's AML procedures.
• KYC verification, including CNIC submission and approval, is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. 77xc may request supplementary documentation at its discretion.
• 77xc processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of heightened verification activity.
• Funds deposited to 77xc must originate from accounts held in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

All deposits and withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering screening. 77xc reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence procedures where circumstances require, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

77xc offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, free spin bundles, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, and those specific terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per shared device or IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different Account registrations will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Wallet and must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before they can be transferred to the Real Money Wallet or withdrawn.
• Free spins are credited to eligible game titles as specified in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirements.
• Cashback offers apply to net losses only within the specified qualifying period. Cashback is credited to the Bonus Wallet and is subject to a standard one-time (1×) wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.
• 77xc reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, provided that any such amendment does not adversely affect Bonus Funds already credited and in active use in accordance with the original promotional terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — constitutes grounds for immediate bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

All casino games available on the 77xc Platform — including slots, RNG table games, and live dealer games — are operated in accordance with the rules and technical standards of the respective game developers and the Platform's international gaming licensing framework.

RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on 77xc are independently tested and certified for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is disclosed in the game's information panel. 77xc does not manipulate RTP settings below the certified levels under any circumstances.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games on the Astar Live section use physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice — streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical processes and are not subject to software manipulation.

• All game results as displayed on the Platform following settlement are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure below.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents a game from being completed or settled correctly, 77xc will void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's account.
• Bets placed after a game outcome has been determined — due to display latency or connection issues — will be void and stakes returned. The determination of "after outcome" is based on server-side logs and is final.
• Players who believe a game result has been incorrectly settled must raise a dispute with 77xc support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session. Disputes raised beyond this window may not be reviewable.

The 77xc sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments — as well as football, UFC, tennis, and other sporting events. All bets placed on 77xc's sportsbook are governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Bets accepted in-play — during a live match or event — are subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance. 77xc reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at its discretion without prior notice.
• For cricket events, bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed to a different venue, or not completed within the defined settlement period will be settled in accordance with the applicable ruleset for the relevant competition format.
• PSL and other domestic T20 competitions are settled on the result at the end of the scheduled overs, including any Super Over required to resolve a tie, unless otherwise specified.
• In the event of manifest error in the odds offered — including but not limited to pricing errors that are evidently incorrect — 77xc reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, irrespective of whether the bets have already been settled.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event period are published in the sportsbook terms section of the Platform and are updated periodically. Bets that would result in payouts exceeding the applicable maximum may be accepted at revised stake levels or declined.

77xc is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core platform value, not merely as a regulatory obligation. The following player protection tools are available to all registered Account holders at any time, free of charge, and are enforced at the platform level:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours for increases of any amount.
• Loss Limits: Players may set session or periodic loss limits. When the configured loss threshold is reached, the Platform will automatically prevent further wagering until the applicable reset period has elapsed.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Players may configure session duration alerts that provide periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform. Reality check pop-ups display net session results at configured intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from the Platform for defined periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the defined period expires will not be honoured. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Account Cooling-Off: As an alternative to full self-exclusion, Players may request a temporary account suspension of between one (1) and ninety (90) days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains closed to gameplay and deposits but the Player may withdraw any remaining balance.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 77xc Platform. Engagement in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and forfeiture of any Real Money Funds where permitted by applicable law and regulation:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of fraudulent, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; chargebacks on legitimate deposit transactions.
• Multiple Account Creation: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal information, for any purpose including but not limited to circumventing promotional eligibility restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing offsetting bets across multiple markets or accounts to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk; systematic exploitation of promotional terms through coordinated play.
• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to share information or coordinate bets in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or multi-player game formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Deployment of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system not expressly permitted by 77xc in writing.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage not available under normal operational conditions.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access or use the Platform while under the age of 21; facilitating or encouraging underage access by others.
• Money Laundering: Using the 77xc Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity, or to disguise the origin of unlawfully obtained funds.

All content on the 77xc Platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, interface design, promotional materials, game descriptions, text, graphics, and underlying software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 77xc or its licensors and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any 77xc content or software without express prior written consent from 77xc.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77xc's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77xc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 77xc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• 77xc does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• 77xc is not responsible for any loss caused by internet service provider outages, mobile network failures, or device-level issues beyond the Platform's control.
• Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

77xc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation or to address a security or fraud risk.

Your continued use of the 77xc Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 77xc at [email protected] to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Account Closure by Player: Players may request account closure at any time without penalty by contacting 77xc support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Closure by 77xc: 77xc may close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time with immediate effect in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of this Agreement, fraud investigation, or regulatory requirement. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation or legal proceedings.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licensing framework under which 77xc operates. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or your jurisdiction of residence.

Informal Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and 77xc arising from or in connection with this Agreement, you are encouraged to contact 77xc support in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through the support process, and 77xc commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

Formal Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal support process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified under 77xc's licensing framework. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body and escalation procedure are available from the 77xc support team upon request.

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete and entire agreement between you and 77xc with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
